The worst place for work, arrogant officials and bad management. Needs a lod of documents to get selected and lowest of salary compared to other airlines company

No growth Worst Management There are even staffs who is been working without salary for months walking to admin ofc and HR dep every day Late Night shift with no cab facility No promotions No Respect for the employees from Management

There is no job Sequrity because there were not renewal my contract after I completed six years in company and I didn't received uniform clothes in my second contract and there is lots of politics going on in Ahmedabad Airport.

Dislikes

No job Sequrity No uniform clothes instead of I have to do duty 10 to 12 hours duty in a day instead of eight hours.

Worst management ever..they easily depromote staffs from DM to junior csa without any reason , salaries never been on time and never paid the full salaries , uniforms provided are miserable..staffs are treated like a bonded labour ,
