I have been working with AIACA for last 5 years, It was a good experience to work with the team; Top to bottom - most of the people are professional and supportive. Organization care for employees, especially I should mention this - AIACA has given salary to many people for almost one year even Employees had NO work due to work from home situation.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
