Some senior staff are supportive in the respective department and manageable. Average environment as per present scenario. Hoping to get better management team for the company so that each employee is content enough to work here.

Dislikes

Management is the only one department in any company which makes or breaks the company. Here, as this company is neither a fully government entity nor a Pvt entity so future of the employees are in wake. Management is so poor in deciding things for good of the employee but for either way decision making is very quick where they could cut the cost for the company staking the well being of the employees. Mostly it is prevailing everywhere but there gap is massive. So hoping that would change in near future, for the betterment of the employees and the company....Read More
