The approach of working is pretty good at AVA, more importance is given to learnings instead of just completing the work. The environment is pretty friendly hence we can get together pretty well while working in a team.

There are pros and cons to everything in the world and articleship is not an exception, there are no dislikes as such, but areas of improvement surely are there. One thing which I feel as an article is that proper work allocation is an issue like inter-team and intra-team also.
