Partners are approachable and team is very supportive and understanding. There are lot of growth opportunities. Seniors make sure to help the juniors grow by giving honest feedback and guidance. Overall a good firm.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. A nice place to work with good appraisal and compensation.

Dislikes

Longer working hours with lots of pressure as unrealistic deadlines being given to clients and many a times, we are asked to work during weekend, so work life balance is really poor.

Some of the seniors are very nice, if you get in a team with an experienced senior you will learn a lot. Exposure to all kinds of services in your domain.

Dislikes

Salary is very low Work timings are terrible NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. The team lead can revoke your Saturdays off any time, even on Saturday morning.
