My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The company doesn’t fire anyone. On some sites, work-life balance is managed, but on others, it’s not possible. For the past few years, there’s been a minimum 10% increment every year. If you work on Sundays or holidays, you get a leave in return. Every year, the bonus for the period from May to April is given around Diwali, even if that amount has been deducted from your salary
