It was close to my home.

Dislikes

Rife with politics, no job security, not progressive and unfair, no scope for improvement, outsiders are not welcome and internal promotion although standard of teachers is not up to the mark.School supports students and no discipline although the heads do their best, a laid back attitude.

Work Details

Although, I worked sincerely, besides teaching, preparing PPTs, question papers etc my work was not appreciated, instead when I found the shortcomings, I was asked to ignore such as the teaching content or examination.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Ahlcon provides excellent opportunities to those who wish to excel and grow. The management gives its teachers a freehand to try upon various strategies and methodologies. As far as the work life balance is concerned, it is an individual's ability to strike a balance between the two. I feel that Ahlcon helps one to realise one's potential and gives ample options to prove oneself.

Dislikes

They do not provide mediclaim facilities for the teachers. I think this should be incuded.

Work Details

Work is definitely tough as we are not dealing with machines. Students have different needs and there is a different way of tackling different issues so it wouldn't be justified if I say that the work is easy. It is definitely hectic.
