Colleagues are good. Very much supportive with great team spirit.

Dislikes

Administration and leader has no vision. They constantly miss own decided timelines. Poor support to both internal and external customers.

I used to spend atleast 10 hours in company more over that it was located at remote location and firm did not provided any conveyance support

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
