1. MANY SENIOR POSITION HOLDERS DON'T DESERVE THEIR POSITION. 2. PROJECT MANAGER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ONLY STORE OPENINGS IS AN EGOISTIC PERSON. HE ALWAYS TRIES TO INTERFERE WITH THE STORE'S INTERNAL MATTERS. IF ANY STORE OPERATION MANAGER IGNORED HIM THEN HE COMPLAIN TO MD & MD DEPENDED ON HIM MORE THAN SM. 3. MOST OF THE AREA OPERATION MANAGERS DON'T KNOW THEIR KRA PROPERLY. THEY NEVER HELP SM WHEN REQUIRED. AFTER COMPLETING THE TARGET THEY WILL TAKE REVENGE BY ABNORMAL TRANSFER. 4. MD SAID THEIR PHONE IS ALWAYS OPEN FOR HELP BUT WHEN HELP IS REQUIRED ACTUALLY THEY IGNORE IT AFTER COMPLETING THE SEASONAL TARGET. THEY PREFER MOST THE GROUND-LEVEL STAFF RATHER THAN MATURE EDUCATED HONEST SM. 5. SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HR JOB ROLES, RETAIL MATH, OR MARKETING PROPERLY HE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER. HE ALWAYS CALLED STAFF FOR SPYING ON SM. 6. THERE IS NO SHIFT. SO ALL THE SM SHOULD WORK MORE THAN 10 HRS. & SOMETIMES IT GOES TO 14 HRS. WHICH CLEARLY BREAKS THE RULE OF LABOUR LAW. 7.
