Recruiting process is good in AGS.

Work satisfaction is worst. After putting 100% efforts & hardwork in 8 hours per day is not satisfactory in AGS. I suggest not to join this organisation as experience candidate for AR caller role. I suggest to join this organisation only for Quality analyst role, AM, operations manager.

I have been asked to leave or exit the organization which I completely agree but that doesnt mean out of anger & frustration I writing all this. No way !! This Company makes people decision and choice not worthwhile. 1. They seek the unprofessionally reasons to issue the ROC or RCP sort of warning letters, sometimes it's valid but most of the cases were not. 2. Cafeteria? Wow .. lol even ISYS was better than this organisation's cafe. 3. Promotion? Wow basis on verbal discussion they make some coach n all but by the time they take it back also. 4. HR .. wahhh Unbelievable... most Ghatiya Dual-est person I have seen ( won't take name ) but seriously if anyone wants to join as a fresher don't join this at any COST. 5. Job security? Lol they don't even know what is it mean? Neither they understand it. They kick the employee off just like in a snap. 6. I feel bad for those who were absconded from Knack Global and joined here and now some of them are on resigned which can't be revoked and some are experience not discussion-able pain remorsefully so please take it very seriously don't join this at all. 7. Managers ? Only one Manager is good I respect him alot rest are like ufff.... NO WORDS. 8. Last but not least... They will promise many things but will not provide anything. I worked in the ARKM vertical, and here's honest take : -No leaders, only bosses who hold back your progress instead of presenting opportunities. -Workshop and meetings are conducted merely to tick off periodic KRA checkboxes, not for genuine knowledge sharing. -Direct heads and team leads rarely offer meaningful appreciation or feedback. -KRA-related feedback and improvement points are nonexistent yet appraisal ratings are adjusted to suit supervisors preference not the data. -Team lead (PT) and Senior manager (RA) often spin narratives to maintain a fovaorable impressions with higher-ups. - Want Promotions as per ability ? forget courses and upskilling, join the rigid queue system which is manage honestly by senior manager....Read More

Poor work life balance , horrible leadership, no leaves, if you take will ask Saturday to compensate. I you admit in hospital or if you married then only you will get leaves without issue. Otherwise, it is too difficult to get leaves. If it leader and above, then company will take you granted, you need to available whenever they want.

I like AGS Healthcare as a company and its work culture

Team was horrible, no co ordination , helping tendency ,bad counterparts , didnt help me as I was new to healthcare business, no proper transtion, no SOP documents , when requested for help they didnt hep and suppot,i was with WFM team, and forced to leave the job.

Compensation is better, work location based on residential location.

No time cap, unrealistic expectations without data research, not providing enough resources to leadership.

Currently the things not gone good and experienced employees not recognized and got promoted timely manner. Also job security not been active current days. More experienced employees getting discourages and forcing for mutual exit.
