I was one of the early hires in the company and loved it for a time before things started getting bad. Post 2 years of working, it became toxic. Business owners are adamant at times to implement things without understanding the impacts. One of the founders literally thinks that having understaffed business units can help churn out strategies and launch products as if it is "Jaadu ki Jhappi". Most of the processes or SOPs followed are like Sajid Khan films - they have no significance at all. Some things that you can learn like how to ensure that commitments are broken, how to delay salary and reimbursements for employees for company travels, how to ensure that the product and tech team will work 7 days a week with late night calls in night and answer every single issue without any work-life balance, etc. Would recommend nobody to join this company if you are looking for career expansion and growth in your life. This is important for everyone to note this. Do not expect any heartwarming farewell to your colleagues even if you resign as for the founders, many employees leaving the company is because they "terminated" them from the company.
