They will promise you a lot of things like increment, better work culture, but they have nothing to offer, Your senior will always misguide you and lure you by promising a lot of things but the reality is when the time come, they just deny everything. You will get minimal increment even compared to company standards. Increment and promotions are only for those who ready to please and praise their seniors, laugh on their pjs, listen to their shit blabbering.
