Dislikes

Nothing major. Promotions are not properly monitored. 2 employees could have spent same number of years in AgreeYa but may have different designations. Many stay on same designation even after multiple years.

They provides you bit of flexibility but I am Sure Things will be way better in Other organization, if looking for stability, then this organization is not for you. They don't have any work environment. They don't believe in Brainstorming and don't appreciate that too.. They just need a Donkey.

Few things, to revise They says they are CMMI 5 but they are CMMI3. They don't hve Clients So they keeps moving from one department to another department.

It's Boring, as there is no team people generally works as a free lancer that get payed after a month. :P Salary is on time that's there. But promotions and Appreciations are rare. Client engagements can make you awake till 12:00 or more

Pay Scale is Good since they hire you on contract so take the money from the client.

Dislikes

Contract by the client can end anytime. Even they don't know when will the contract end. They lie to you that it's a long time contract just to hire you, Also they don't pay the salary of the contract is ended and no health insurance benefits if the contract is ended, you still remain Agreeya employee but with no salary and insurance. Do not Fall for the trap and Take everything in writing.

They are forcing me to join as soon as possible. They are calling me on weekends, and also on rakhi festival and 15th august (for discussing about joining their company) They are also providing me many solution to get early release from my previous company by giving some irrelevant reason. Toxic work Culture, no work life balance, Manager does not care about your health,Micromanagement, have leave policy but manager does not approve it’s useless to have leaves, force employees to work on weekends as per policy its permanent off, illiterate Human Resource team does not resolve issues, they will take more than 90 days to clear your FNF being such big organisation.
