Seeing how poor management and no clear plan can mess up your career and personal life 2.Project failures because of the broken system 3. Learning unethical practices, like how to lie investors, public and genuine employees. 4. How wrong leadership creating failures in projects and resignations. 5. The absence of moral values and respect for work corrodes company culture and dampening productivity and innovation.
