They are not trustworthy at all, here's my experience: It's been 1 Year and 18days since I left MKU Limited. After resigning from MKU at the end of August month 2022, I completed the full settlement (2 Months Notice Period + Couldn't take 2 Months Salary + Also paid 1 Month Salary) during my relieving. I can attached the same whenever required. At the time of relieving I requested to settle my EL amount in the adjustment but HR Team and Higher Authorities couldn't proceed with it because of the policies of the company. (As said by them) I did all the possible things for the smooth relieving, but I haven't received my EL amount yet. I'm emailing them from last 1 year. Smart work is not at all encouraged, you have to showcase that you are doing hardwork like a bull even if there is no work done. People at managerial positions know very well how to take credit for everything done by their juniors.

Dislikes

If you are from Kanpur then you will die working hard there but won’t get anything even if you work 7 days a week and even if you are backbone of the company. If you are joining mku even after reading this review then you will remember each and every point of this review within 6 months If you are outsider then its good for 1-2 year for learning. Afterwards you’ll leave MKU by yourself.
