Its a initial startup for me. So it is vary importent aspect , because initial growth decided our career. So many things and machanical units are present for working amd learning, that what is machanical field. Infinitive limitation of machanical area.

At agmotex, i am working as Asst. Maintenance engg. So all the machanical utility and also water treatment unit, in my working area. Maintenance , working, and all the parameter which is reqired, maintain by us.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
