In my experience of working with Aglowid IT Solutions as a Sr. HR Executive, Employees of the company stood out to me. They know how to get the work done in time and have informal conversation and fun daily. Overall the working environment is positive and warm.

Aglowid is a responsible IT company that takes the utmost care of its employees.Even during lockdown, the company provided remote working flexibility with no deductions in salaries. All the employees received their salaries and increment on time as well.And we continue to maintain that standard to this date.

in the few months i have spent as a part of Aglowid team, i already feel very included and Welcomed by all my colleagues and seniors. the learning opportunity at aglowid is immense, and they motivate me to take on bigger responsibilities and not just work behind the scenes.
