The director is shallow and full of vindictiveness. If you make a mistake, she turns it into her personal vendetta, tracks down prior works for errors, and drops downright humiliation and bombshells in the mail with phrases like "heavy consequences". So, extreme, extreme micromanagement. The management is so pathe_tic, people have left 4 days after joining. For a work-related disagreement with the TL, the entire team is fired. I think I hate being there I never thought this will happen to me but this company not only made me work the whole day and night but also touched me by point silly mistakes that in a video there is a mosquito flying and rejecting videos. I have a horrible experience it haunts me. The biggest mistake of my life was Aglasem, this not only took me 8 months of working but also effective my whole career in the dark. And the politics they did for not paying in this horrible covid situation. They paid me money like 2000, 3000 payment which we give to our maids. I thought it's my first job in Delhi I need to get better and do better all I tried and went in well. In those covid days, I stayed in Delhi in a Pg and could not pay the rent of Pg soo I need to do small work to earn my living. I hate Aglasem. It's a horrible company in debt....Read More

Aglasem was my the first organization I joined. People are very nice and cooperative. HR ( Miss Pooja mam) is the heart of aglasem. It's was a great experience. The only thing which forced me to quit was the work pressure which i thought was more according to my salary otherwise it's a great place to work if u can handle work pressure.
