I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

As a safety officer there's most main thing is safety first for all employees and employer.safety manual procedure for do working.conducting training and for all specific job.timely salary.quaterly and festival occasion bonuses. all rules and system follow by every employees and employer . very good management.teammate supporting eachother.good working environment.

Not increasing salary.some time someone employee was engaged in politics in working premises etc.

Work Details

My job was interesting in that organisation but in beginning a bit of struggles. I learnt everything on the job and I learnt about patience that calm and peaceful is get helped to your job roll.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
