As a HR Manager I have Great Experience with young team at AGKEM. Excellent Work life balance with top-notch benefits. Good Compensations, Employees welfare policies, Fun and Work Place, Opportunity to Meet somewhere new persons from PAN India. The Management Team really seem to care about their employees.

Poor work culture, Dirty Politics, Not Respect of Employee, Likes as a Shopkeeper, No any others Compensation and Benefit , Use and throw policy, Misbehave of Top Management (Directors), Torture to all employee, Mental or Physical Pressor, Value of Spoonist employees. Not Comply any Compliance. Arrogance of Money and power, Terrible working environment

The company is open for new innovation and adopt changes as per market standard. I like the culture and working environment of the Company. It give u a chance to enhance your knowledge and ability and grow along with company.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth rate is bit slow.
