Once Agira was a great place to work, but not anymore. Everything that was good was in the past.

Dislikes

Now with their upgradation to fancy workplace and no projects is a nightmare for employees. The burden can be seen on employees. Forced work from office is initiated. Salary hike has been stopped and there is no hope for employee growth. There is no freedom to switch position or upgrade. You have to work based on their requirement. Note: 1. Salary will be deducted, if project delivery is delayed or not up to mark. 2. There are important so called Lead personals in the organization, they will micromanage/juggle you with their own necessity. 3. Never sign a bond, if you still want to join the organisation. 0 out of 10....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
