My overall experience with the company was good, you will get a lot of opportunities to learn. However, the company lack in delivering its promise to make payments on time. The team managing the overall payment structure is not professional as it should be. In work culture, it stands in a moderate category. Job security is a question mark in the company. I have seen that the company asked my colleagues to take leave stating that there is no work, and then asked them to resign. The same can be worked out professionally if the employee is not up to the mark. In terms of behaviour, it changes completely once you are about to retire. Suddenly they started having complaints about your work. I m currently not working with the company so got a free hand to write what is true and real.
