I joined as a trainee. I was put on a self paced, self learning training module. I was told by the manager that once I complete training, I will be considered for full time. I took about six months to go through linux, python, django, javascript, jquery, reactjs, html & css. Teammates are very helpful. They gave me tasks to completefrom their project. That really helped learn and understand entire sdlc process. I am now a fulltime developer. company culture is very informal - no dress code, casual. everyone is accessible. Seniors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The company founder comes in a t-shirt and cycles to the office! Timing is flexible. sometimes they allow work from home. Saturday and Sunday are off.
