1. General shift time : 8AM to 4:30PM 2. Work life balance : Much better after RTO 3. Job security : No need to worry 4. Career growth : Management is very supporting towards individual skill development, if you are ready to learn and develope your skill in any area, they will support you 5. Company policies : Great 6. Roles : divided into 3 major categories, ICA ICB and Managerial 7. Salary and benefits : Above standard, but you have to be very smart at the time of HR salary discussions as they may hire you at lower salary of standard pay scale. There is a job security unless a person does not yell up at management and questions them back with logics.

Not a different company in terms of corporate culture. Management does need employees to think out of box but they themselves don't follow same path. Location is a pain, transport deductions are massive.
