AgileEngine follows a real good management style and the best thing about it is that they provide opportunities to develop your personal skills along with the company's growth. The feedbacks are quite comprehensive and the mentors & managers provide you with guidance about what career path to follow as well.

Dislikes

From my experience over the time, there has been a concern about the job security. Feedback process is great and perfectly followed. However, sometimes the client's feedback takes precedence when a person should be evaluated on AgileEngine's side too.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about working at AgileEngine. The environment is collaborative, the leadership is supportive, and the work-life balance is well-maintained. It’s a place where I feel valued and continuously motivated, and I haven’t encountered any significant issues or challenges to be dissatisfied with.
