Internal politics, low salary, salary not paid on time, no job security, without given any prior notice company management fired you immediately, many times they are hold your salary without given any prior notice. I genuinely not recomend to join this terrible company.

Perfect environment for learning and growth, 6 months into Agicent and you’d be better versed on your technology vs a 2 years exp elsewhere. The atmosphere is cool, small setup of around 60-70 people hence a very collaborative work process. You take charge of things, show responsibility and you’ll get tremendous growth as good work here never goes unnoticed.
