They just need the employees to do something, no work plan, even if there is any plan, that plan would change a hundred times during the project period and hence there is no good result, and the management always find ways to put blame on the team lead, hiring and firing is their style. If anyone react to any issue which you feel isnot good, then he is black listed and , will be somehow kicked out of the company in some way. Literally no career growth, no knowledge gain, nothing.
