I Amit Mishra have worked in AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS FOR 14 MONTHS , One day I was asked to resign forcefully without any reason or giving me any notice by Gayatri Jha (Vise president) saying that If I don't resign my salary will be stopped, so I submitted my resignation without saying a word. All my attendance of April month hasbeen rejected by Gayatri ma'am even though after working for almost the whole April month I haven't received my salary and there is no response when I ask about it. So at last I am writing this after getting tired and this my request to Agarwal Packers and movers Ltd to Kindly check and clear my salary for which I had worked for, my last date of work was 21st April. Also in March I had received a lesser amount of salary compare to previous months I had mailed to HR regarding this issue but there was no response even after repeated reminders.
