I was in stock audit department. You will enjoy working there, not too much pressure. Lunch time is nice plus they enjoy most of the festivals by creating environment accordingly.

When there business is not good they fire multiple employees. In covid they were giving salary on variable basis not even half. Team leaders are not patient and try to be ur boss. You can't have simple communication with them. Their HR Policies are not good and not in ur favour. Most important they use employees as freelancers. You will see new staffs there frequently.

I have handled a lot of project in SPVR & CO. Which is given in his CV. During the job period I like that how to manage timeline in crucial situation so, that is a goog achievement for me. There is a Good working culture there and we'll good job security and company policy is that every year salary increment and bonous also. Some difficulties company have to face at the time of pandemic.

I have no interest in politics but there is a political issues. Any descripancies may be slow of the growth. As many as have seen these activities last three years, so that is a cause of resign of the company. I want to get a opportunity for explore his ability.
