Career growth is extremely low, despite of having all the facilities medical , training etc you dont feel accomplish this is because you are not getting any oportunity for promotion , instead of giving hazard allowance our salaries has been deducted 10 % . Besides, Work politics is increasingday by day which lead to favourism, unfair work climate , conflict development , lack of recognition and appreciation , unfair anual appraisal and so on</mark>. The work climate is becoming partial day by day and has less merit you can grow professionally and get new opportunities only if you have PR and references. No merit at all.
politics and demotivation in terms of appreciation and professional growth. management donot appreciate the middle managment and lower staff, work load is too much and only favorism works.
