Dislikes
toxic culture among the staffs, long waiting time for patients to get service which i feel is unfair to patients, some doctors have a bad attitude towards patients which is very unprofessional, managers conduct appraisal in an unfair manner leading to some staffs getting low to no salary increments while others getting very high increments, no growth for most of the staffs

Am able to develop career wise as AKUHN is keen to have the employees have the latest skills as we are JCIA certified. The company cares a lot about the safety of the employees.
