I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Dislikes

Senior HR and some old chaatu employees who can never stand watching you growing. This company is only for chaatu employees. If anybody wants to join and sustain in this company then he/she should have to be a good bootlicker for upper management, and Senior HR.
