i have lost at the month of July as the project completion letter received from hr, march salary received 65%, April/may 50% salary, June 65% and July 15 days salary still pending-no job security. my experience is very pathetic.

I started working with aforeserve from January 2023. During the interview process they promised to give medical insurance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter.
