Nepotism,Politics and Suppressions is not only linked to bollywood ,sports or politics,it even happens in offices and could happen to any of us. I joined Affy Pharma pvt ltd (Noida) in jan 2020 as Marketing Executive . After Mid April due to creept politics in office ( all thanks to GM of Operation) and the management of the companythey accused me about not working properly and about receiving few complaints from clients (which was completely fake) as I already had written appreciations from my clients. Then after 15 May, they cunningly asked me to hand over company provided phone for sim portability once this was done I got the termination letter from the company next day. I got exploited by company.I followed up Affy Group with no response for more than a month with no response. Please be Aware! My account with company was also not settled by them after Termination. I have been totally thrashed fown by the poor management politics of the company.Is Anybody could help??? As this too is something which could push people to mental issues .
