They will hire you on short notice to deploy in client location. Once client project over you will be kicked out. And worst part they will tell you 1 week before about your last working day. I saw when I was working in Microsoft bangalore location. People were facing lay off on short notice.( One month) I started looking out and got one offer also when I asked for early release they delayed till last day. And on last they all of sudden they released me but didn't gave me experience letter and last month salary. Owner CEO and HR there are not good at all. They will never think about employee . There is job security. Project in Microsoft is very bad there is no learning . You will be doing manual work. Just need to update XML config file and running console application....Read More

No work culture. Rude HR They do not honor notice period mentioned in Offer letter. Can't trust their promise Not professional at all They are running like small shop
