Politics is considerable. Just hard working is not sufficient, you have to be ignorant also to sustain in the company. And just keep on doing what you supposed to do...minding your own business otherwise you may get upset....as I said, POLITICS.

Work Details

Working time is too much i.e., 13-14 hours a day. Personal life would get disturbed. Otherwise, there would be lots of work. One would spend time very fast here as you would be busy all the time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
