Nothing is enthusiastic about this company. This is a company where you will feel confident when you will start job after that you will found that you are big foolish enough to be a part of this organisation. From top to bottom every where you will get politics. If you can do oiling then you will get better results in appraisal. It's as usual company like other small organizations. They are looking for smart workers not hard workers....Read More

If you know politics then you will get extrem success.

Work Details

No work life balance like other small contractors or real-estate company. Starting time is fixed but no duty timing after you give 12 hours time every day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
