Only Supervisor and foreman Many of us are experiencing a challenge with afcons. At the end of every project, we are let go from the company, and we have to go through the re-interview process to find a new job. This process can be difficult and time-consuming for us.If we were given the opportunity for an internal transfer within the company, it could potentially solve this issue, allowing us to continue working without the fear of losing our job. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

If you are a employee of this company in Jaunpur project, you feel like a prisoner and Admin's are Jailor's . If you are free from your home and your parent's dont like you ,just join this company if you are interested to work without salary.
