Time table of staff coming, just like L&T. Support to execution, you are the best person. Fully workaholic Co. Race is always there, from joining to leaving the Project, No rest. Thakna manna hain... aur koi agey Nikal jayega.

Company is forcing for 8am to 8pm Job, you cant be 1 second late, its all entered in system. Even if you are 1 second late you have to create a "late clock in" or "early clock out" request in system & get it approved from your manager. Also recently company isnt giving salaries to their employees on time due to funds issue.

At the end of every project, we are let go from the company, and we have to go through the re-interview process to find a new job. Don't join this company. They do forceful resignation without any specific reason. They don't even getting projects, specially there oil and gas BU. After doing forceful resignation they don't even giving experience certificate and salary slip. HR block you after suddenly sending me reliving letter. The higher management of oil andgas BU are really very egoistic people, they can't handle anything and blame there trainees engineer for there company loss or there slow pace of work. Very bad working culture, toxic culture. Varun jaweri, Trupti Karche, Ramanathan, Pandurang etc I worked with them but they are very egoistic people I ever seen in my life. I myself is M.Tech NIT Surat and IIM Lucknow call converted person and they don't value such valuable candidates.
