1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

If you are a employee of this company in Jaunpur project, you feel like a prisoner and Admin's are Jailor's . If you are free from your home and your parent's dont like you ,just join this company if you are interested to work without salary. Senior management are just like a Hittler, If you drink more than 5 litre water in office ,Senior manager's call you why you drink so much water without permission of your superior's.
