There were not work pressure in this company.

Dislikes

There are several reasons, they are not providing compensation, no holiday according to government rule, 0% Job security u can anytime lose your job its depend on honor mode again no any procedure followed by the organization. No rules for increment. (I don't think in this organisation you can make your carrier bright unless you can lose your precious time)

Work Details

I was in logistics department, Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory at Google sheet and Excel, coordinate with courier partners, Tracking, RTO, C-RETURN, and Reverse entries.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
