Company policy is good but management people's were not good and not supportive. Regional service engineer is only for name and you need to travel all over india.

There is no any job security. You will get harrasment time to time and also there is no any respect for engineers ( treated like helper) . Once you join company you get call from admin Mr pratik for money and if you denied for it you will get starting harrasment. If you do complaints to HR they will protect them. The company is really good to work with and has huge potential to grow the Business in India But There are some group director who do not want Indian unit to perform compared with other units. The Indian unit is controlled from Belgium and China and no individual freedom and descision are given to Indian unit. This makes it uncomfortable to work and show our skills

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
