Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

On time salary transfer that's all.

Hire and fire: that happens on immediate basis and then one has to struggle to get compensation. Owners are so egoistic that they don't even try to speak to the person being asked to leave immediately about what happened exactly. Top management VPs etc keep doing "chai pe charcha" whole day and criticizing other people in the company......they talk a lot and do nothing actually. I have never seen a company in my career of around 17 yrs with so much of job fluctuations and job insecurity/instability. I will suggest one to stay back home rather than working in such a company....Read More
