I have spent amazing four years of my life with this company, I got so much of professional growth with this company and i am so glad i was the part of this company. Dislikes

Compensation and growth is good, but the understanding level of some exceptional people here is not up to the mark as far as teaching and learning level goes and works here. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I had to take back my training methodology and quit the job. Also, there is no on-job training system hence from the seniors as such.

Job was do or die as all students were not well aware of the English language communication with their own accents hence I had to teach them all the Alphabets with the correct Pronunciation and make sentences and paragraphs. Work culture was moderate and management was below par with no Labour Policy as they had no human resources department to follow Statutory Returns.

I had to report for the first session at 9am to 10 am and just sit in the Faculty room till 2pm for my next session Upto 3pm and again just sit in the Faculty room till 6pm till closing time of the institute which was boring and strenuous and waste of tim
