The team members are really helpful. Apart from that nothing is better.

There is no job security, they don't even pay you for 3-4 months straight. They are very unprofessional. They doesn't care about their employees. You didn't get any kind of learning they just waste your time. You have to fight with each n every person for your salary for basic office needs. Totally unethical n unprofessional.

The company was relocated from Belgaum to Baramati in 2001 & I joined in 2002.This company is CAR 145, 147, CAMO & ISO 9001:2000 approved organisation. I had great time with Carver aviation, I had full freedom to work on aircraft to make all the aircraft airworthy as per DGCA requirement. I also like to work for the company under employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Due to work pressure as well as slow rate of growth I quit from the organisation.

Work Details

I am working shift wise like Morning to Afternoon & Afternoon to Night. My self looking for aircraft maintenance in the organisation, so from daily inspection up to 1500 hrs inspection with snag rectification & 50, 100, 200 hrs inspection we do as & when.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
