Being a government organization the Job security is never an issue. We get our salaries on time and in full. So these are the only two good things

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The work culture isn't very encouraging, and at a time where going office is risky we have been going to our office because our organization doesn't have any infrastructure to support WFH.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
