I was in supply chain and i felt very positive when Ravikanth was the HOD and learnt many new things from him, he bought many new process, was very motivating and would stand with his subordinates whenever required.later when he left the company, many left the company including me.

Dislikes

Proper persons were not recruited 😐, felt very bad for spoiling the environment. They just try to pressure to get the work done rather than implementing the new process or hiring extra staffs.
