It is very nice to work at BFW, for learning here lots of opportunities available, people can grow provided they work smart, hard with sincerity The Bfw management will provide very good support & create atmosphere for people who intend to work and for achievers. No work culture , no skill development , no benefits .. Just work for your entire life as a slave fully outdated .. Mainly HR Policies are hopeless .. HR policies are made in 1965 and not changed anything . Entire world is moving forward but BFW is moving backward with there old outdated policies and administration ..
