Likes

Start up culture. Lots of unstructured learning and has a huge potential to grow. The purpose and the intent of the organisation is very noble.

Highly centralized decision making. There is always a fear of reprimand. Expectations are not stated clearly.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
