I have not worked post lockdown , working in aequs as engineer trainee helped me a lot on understanding the industrial work culture and helped me gain basic industrial knowledge .overall structure and safety policies are followed strictly ,overall discipline regarding safety is good .

Dislikes

as a engineer trainee the policies and rules of akc trainee is poor and it only hinders the growth of an engineer ,yes we have to treat people equally but you cannot say all the proffesions are equal while working. For me an engineer has to do the work what engineer suppose to do . and management of the company is in wrong hands there is lot of politics and tie up against oly particular colleges and giving them opportunities as a GET raises lot of questions about fair treatment amongest the engineers working in the company. And finally i want to say that rules of akc trainee should be restructured and give them the position they deserve and growth in the company is too slow for all trainee ,and even after completing 2 and half years of training there is no promotion so really my experience in the company apart from getting some basic knowledge i felt disappointing . please do take my opinions seriously and work on it ....Read More
